Power Rate for the Month of August 2024

POWER RATE ADVISORY to our Valued Member Consumer-Owners.

The overall power rate for the month of AUGUST 2024 has reduced to Php 13.9479 per kilowatt hour for Residential Consumers.

The reduction is due to the decrease in GENERATION CHARGE- this is the rate of power suppliers of DORELCO which reached Php 7.7457 per kwhr.

However, the TRANSMISSION CHARGE of the NGCP has increased to 1.0088 per kwhr.

These are pass-on charges that are part of our Power Rate, DORELCO only collects this charges to its MCOs and remits it back to the power suppliers and to the NGCP.

DORELCO’s DISTRIBUTION CHARGE remains at Php 2.0750. It has not increased since 2010.
