Ilang taon ding tiniis ng mga residenteng ito ang mamuhay ng walang kuryente ngunit ngayon ay mag niningning na dahil sa Sitio Electrification Program (SEP) ng National Electrification Administration (NEA) at ng DORELCO.
Matagumpay na napailawan ng inyong kooperatiba ang labing walong (18) kabahayan sa Kalye Nacor Brgy. San Rafael Dulag at labing apat residente naman ng Sitio Daig Brgy. Buracan, Lapaz, Leyte.
Sa isinagawang Energization and Switch- On Ceremony, binigyang diin ni DORELCO Acting General Manager, Christopher Garcia ang kahalagahan ng kuyente sa kumunidad. Pina alalahanan din niya ang mga bagong Member Cosumer Owners sa mga Sitios na ito ang kanilang mga responsabilidad na nakakabit sa pagkakaroon ng koneksiyon ng kuryente.
“DORELCO together with Electric Cooperatives in the country will continue to bring light even to the farthest sitio in the countryside, because Electricity is for all” dagdag ni AGM Garcia.
