On March 19, 2024, Don Orestes Romualdez Electric Cooperative, Inc (DORELCO) filed before the Energy Regulatory Commission an Application seeking the Commission\u2019s confirmation and approval of its calculations of over or under recoveries in the implementation of automatic cost adjustments and true-up mechanisms during the period 2021 to 2023, pursuant to the Commission\u2019s Resolution No. 16, Series 2009, as amended by the Commission\u2019s Resolutions Nos. 21 and 23, Series of 2010, Commission\u2019s Resolution No. 14, Series of 2022, and Commission\u2019s Resolution No. 2, Series of 2021.<\/p>\n

In the attached Order and Notice of Public Hearing dated 17 April 2024 and promulgated on the same date, the ERC set the schedule of hearings on the subject case with the following platforms:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
